Welcome to 352 Aqua Lane! Our home is in the Waterford Green development in Waterford Township. The home is a two story colonial "Brighton" model with an expanded family room and office or fourth bedroom on the main floor. There is an attached one car garage with new garage door and a driveway spacious enough to fit two cars.

The property is slightly over a third of an acre and the home sits closer to the front leaving a huge fenced in back yard. We installed a white vinyl fence about three years ago and there are gates in the front and back. At the back of the yard is a 10' x 20' shed with 110v power, workbench, and shelving system. The best feature of the back yard is the large wrap around deck with three different levels and privacy walls. Right off the back door, on the lowest level of the deck is a six person Sundance hot tub which is included in the sale.

First Floor

The first floor is the main living area of the home. With two oversized family rooms and large open walls between rooms, there is plenty of room for entertaining.

Living Room

The front door opens to a large (23' x 11' 6") family room with tan carpet and beige walls. There is a 3' 6" wide porcelain tile walkway for the high traffic area connecting the front door to the kitchen.

Dining Room

The dining room (11' 6" x 10' 6") shares the same carpet as the living room and has yellow-gold painted walls. The opening to the living room is seven foot wide which allows for the dining room table to be extended into the living room for larger get togethers.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a nice layout for cooking all kinds of meals. The beige ceramic tile floor was installed in 2012. The portable center island with stainless steel top is negotiable. There is a garbage disposal and an electric stove with glass top cooking surface.

Family Room

The second family room opens off the back of the kitchen through a seven foot wide opening. The navy blue walls, oak hardwood flooring, and vaulted ceiling create an elegant entertaining space. There is a four foot by six foot tile floor coming in from the sliding glass doors which open to the large three level deck that wraps around the back of the house.

Office

A 10' x 10' office is situated off the family room. The room has laminate flooring, beige walls, vaulted ceiling with recessed lights and a picture window for viewing the large back yard.

Powder Room

The powder room (4' x 7') is baby blue over navy blue with a beach-scape border separating them. The floor is white porcelain tile with a grey marble pattern installed in 2012.

Second Floor

The second floor houses the bedrooms and bathroom. All the bedrooms have full mirrored sliding closet doors and lighted ceiling controlled via wall switches.

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom has room for the bedroom set and plenty of left over space to move about the room. There is a second doorway into the upstairs bathroom from the bedroom. The room has a medium gray carpet and light gray walls for a great sleeping environment.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is the larger of the remaining bedrooms. There is room for a full size bed and a desk for study and space to play. The room has green carpet and green walls.

Bedroom 3

The smaller bedroom is sized for a twin bedroom set and room to play. The room has purple walls and a lighter tan carpet.

Bathroom

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2014. The teal walls elicit an aquatic feel and the white porcelain tile with grey marbling make you feel like you are walking on clouds. The vanity has a grey marble top and plenty of storage space. The tub has a curved skirt and curved curtain rod for added room.
